Bob founded Carolina State Mortgage Corporation in 1995 bringing with him many years experience in business ownership and management and a solid background in banking.
He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas and received his MBA from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ.
In addition to holding a North Carolina State Loan Officer's License he holds a GRML designation.
Bob has been active at the State level and was named Mortgage Broker of the Year in 2001 by the North Carolina Association of Mortgage Professionals.
